The logistics center “DTM2” in Dortmund is situated on the terrain of the former Westfalenhütte, which was an important term for the mining industry for centuries in Dortmund. Nowadays the first redistribution center with automated conveyor technology in Europe is situated here, which doesn’t deliver to customers, but to 29 other distribution centers in Europe.

The left one of the two halls is supplied with 12 highly efficient ventilation units, with heat recovery as well as a heating and cooling function, according to the high requirements of the ErP 2018. All the AHUs in the left hall are supplied with gas engine heat pumps from GoGas Dortmund. The EcoSmart control is equipped with a cloud function and our “TrendViewer”, control deviations can be reported immediately by e-mail.
